HSBC SVNS Cape Town
The world's best rugby sevens, and the city's biggest party.
Every December, the world's top sevens teams come to Cape Town Stadium in Green Point, and the Blitzboks play in front of one of the loudest, most colourful crowds in world rugby, with fans in fancy dress all weekend. The next Cape Town tournament is on 5 and 6 December 2026.
We run match day transfers, late night returns and group transport for supporters and tour groups.

Mining Indaba
Africa's largest mining investment conference.
Every February, Cape Town hosts the Investing in African Mining Indaba, bringing ministers, investors and mining leaders from around the world to the city. Hotels near the convention centre fill months in advance, and so do quality vehicles.
We handle delegate airport arrivals, daily shuttles between hotels and the conference, executive chauffeurs on standby, and evening transport to dinners and functions.
- Airport transfers for delegates
- Daily hotel and conference shuttles
- Executive chauffeur by the day or week
- Dinner and function transport

Cape Town Cycle Tour
The famous Argus, around the Peninsula.
Known to most Capetonians simply as the Argus, the Cape Town Cycle Tour is one of the largest timed cycle races in the world. Tens of thousands of riders cover a 109 km loop around the Peninsula, over Chapman's Peak and along both coastlines, with the mountain in view all the way.
Road closures shut much of the Peninsula for the day, so planning matters. We transport riders and their bikes to the start, collect them after the finish at Green Point, and move supporters to the best viewing spots before the roads close.
- Rider and bike transfers to the start
- Collection after the finish
- Supporter transport to viewing points
- Airport transfers with bike boxes

Cape Town International Jazz Festival
Africa's grandest gathering of jazz.
Often called Africa's grandest gathering, the Cape Town International Jazz Festival has drawn the biggest names in jazz, soul and African music for more than two decades. In 2027 it grows from a single weekend into a month long celebration across March, with two flagship weekends, community concerts and daytime family shows.
We take care of late night returns after the concerts, airport transfers for visiting fans, and sightseeing days between the shows.

Absa Cape Epic
The Tour de France of mountain biking.
The Absa Cape Epic is the most famous mountain bike stage race in the world, ridden in teams of two. The 2027 route covers 701 km with 17,150 metres of climbing over a prologue and seven stages, and reaches the highest point in the race's history on the Waboomsberg near Ceres.
The race starts with the prologue at Lourensford in Somerset West on 21 March, moves to Ceres and then to Saronsberg near Tulbagh, and finishes in Wellington on 28 March.
We move riders, bikes and support crews between race villages, collect teams and families from the airport, and give supporters a driver for the week so they can follow the race across the mountains.
- Prologue: Somerset West, 21 March
- Stages 1 and 2: Ceres
- Stages 3 and 4: Saronsberg near Tulbagh
- Stages 5 to 7 and finish: Wellington, 28 March

Two Oceans Marathon
Often called the world's most beautiful marathon.
The Two Oceans Ultra Marathon runs 56 km past the Atlantic and False Bay coastlines, over Chapman's Peak and Constantia Nek, finishing at the University of Cape Town below Devil's Peak. In 2027, the Trail Run is on Friday 2 April, the Half Marathon on Saturday 3 April and the Ultra on Sunday 4 April, with an expanded field of runners.
Race mornings start before dawn and roads close early. We get runners to the start on time, collect them at the finish, and plan sightseeing and recovery days around the race.

- Ultra Marathon: Sunday 4 April

WTM Africa
Africa's leading travel and tourism trade show.
World Travel Market Africa brings tour operators, airlines, hotels and buyers from around the world to the Cape Town International Convention Centre. It is the week the travel trade meets in Cape Town.
We offer airport transfers, daily shuttles to the convention centre, chauffeurs for buyers and exhibitors, and familiarisation tours so visiting agents can see the Cape for themselves.

Sanlam Cape Town Marathon
Africa's first World Marathon Major.
In 2027, the Cape Town Marathon joins Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, New York and Sydney as an Abbott World Marathon Major, the first on the African continent. Every runner collecting the Majors will now need to run through the streets of the Mother City, with Table Mountain watching over the course.
We get runners to the start before the roads close, collect them at the finish, and plan airport transfers and sightseeing days for the whole race week.

ICC Men's Cricket World Cup
The world's best teams, at the most beautiful ground in cricket.
In 2027, South Africa hosts the Cricket World Cup together with Zimbabwe and Namibia. Newlands in Cape Town, with Table Mountain behind the stands, hosts India against Australia on 7 October and the first semi final on 17 November. The final is played at the Wanderers in Johannesburg on 21 November.
We offer match day transfers to Newlands, packages for fans and touring groups that combine cricket with the best of the Cape, and team and media transport. For matches in other cities, we arrange travel through our partner network.
